The Bernstein's team includes planners, chefs, service staff, event leads, and hospitality professionals who work together to make every event feel smooth and well served. Many guests may only see the finished plate or the friendly face at service, but the experience begins long before the event day.

PRESIDENT

  • Adam Baumgarten has been in catering since he was 15 years old, and more than three decades later that same passion drives everything at Bernstein's. As president, he has built Bernstein's into the region's premier catering and events company and a destination for Dayton's top event professionals.

Skiber

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

  • Tim Skiber grew up the son of a butcher, which means quality and timing have been part of his DNA since day one. A career spanning Hyatt, Marriott, and Sodexo brought him coast to coast before landing at Bernstein's, where he makes sure every event runs exactly as it should.

DIRECTOR OF SALES

  • Kevin Tunstall has spent his career inside some of Dayton's most celebrated event spaces, including the Dayton Art Institute and The Dayton Arcade, which means he understands what makes an event truly memorable from the inside out. He brings that perspective to every client conversation at Bernstein's, where he leads the sales team with the same care and attention to detail that has defined his career.

EXECUTIVE CHEF

  • Serena Murno brings a Le Cordon Bleu culinary education, award-winning food and wine pairing expertise, and a genuine artistry for beautiful plating to her role as Executive Chef at Bernstein's. She has spent her career mastering the details that make food as memorable as the events it is served at.
